For anyone who might be interested, I started a new Acrylic Pouring group on Facebook. I did this one a little differently than the others. I still used my 16% silicone, my own pouring mix, and my torch, but I decided to try torching it twice to see what would happen. Once before I moved the paint and again after. I have to say, I'm totally impressed with the effect! I also tried painting the edge of the cavas quickly before I poured as well. It's important to me to have complete coverage over the edges - I like the look - so I thought If I started with a base that would help.
This painting now belongs to a friend of mine who decided to add a Tardis to it! She had a Tardis magnet and she held it in place with other magnets through the back of the canvas - pretty cool idea! :) And it looks perfect!

This one is called "Indigo Starseed". For this piece I used acrylic paint, my own pouring medium mix, silicone, water, and my trusty torch on a 10x10" canvas.
