Today I'm using acrylic skins again to embellish a dried artwork.
I cut out my petal shapes with normal small scissors freehand. I arranged the petals in my desired shape on the silicone mat, then sprayed with gloss varnish so they would stick together. To attach to my canvas I applied Jo Sonja gloss varnish sparingly to the back.

Pillow/Base:
British Paints Interior Low Sheen house paint in White, nothing added.

TLP Afterglow
TLP Sea Glass
TLP Hustle
TLP pigments, silicone stir sticks and silicone pour mats can be purchased from fluid-art.co/
Pebeo Iridescent Blue Black mixed with Atelier Dioxazine Purple (I mistakenly say it's Magenta in the video, sorry)
Liquitex Gouache Fluoro Violet
My pigments and tube paints are mixed with untinted (neutral) gloss house paint (water based) and Jo Sonja gloss varnish.

Cell Activator:
Atelier Tinting Pearl Titanium White
This was mixed ONLY with Australian Floetrol (approx 2 - 2.5 parts to 1 part of acrylic paint).

The roller I use is called a brayer and can be bought from art stores and online. I bought mine in a pack of two different sizes from Amazon.

My lazy susan is glass and 20'' which was purchased from Coles supermarket, they can also be sourced from variety/dollar stores and on Amazon. The heavier the spinner, the easier it will spin, I'd also suggest you get the largest one you can so you can easily use it for larger substrates too. I have a 24'' (60cm) wood round placed on top of my lazy susan.
