So today I'm working on a 15'' MDF wood round and I'm using beautiful blues.
I did get a small amount of flocculation in the lighter blue towards the top left, however, in this piece and where it is I actually don't hate it!
Pillow/Base:
British Paints (brand name) low sheen house paint in Ultra White with a splash of GAC800 added.
Colours (in order of use) :
#TLP Galaxy
TLP pigments, swiping tools/spatulas, silicone stir sticks and silicone pour mats can be purchased from fluid-art.co/
Matisse Aqua Green Light
Papermill Pigments in Diamond
These can only be purchased from Riot Art in Australia but other companies do similar pigments in sparkly white.
Jo Sonja Aqua
TLP Mermaid (see above as to where to purchase)
Liquitex Iridescent White
TLP Agapanthus (see above as to where to purchase)
Matisse Southern Ocean Blue
All of my colours and pigments are mixed with untinted house paint and Jo Sonja varnish.

Pebeo Iridescent Precious Gold
Amsterdam Lamp Black
Atelier Titanium White with a blob of Atelier Pale Gold added. All were mixed with Australian Floetrol.
I never measure ratios, as all paint brands differ so much. I mix until it leaves a slight trace when drizzled from around an inch above the surface.

My lazy susan is glass and 20'' which was purchased from Coles supermarket, they can also be sourced from variety/dollar stores and they're also stocked on Amazon. The heavier the spinner, the easier it will spin, I'd also suggest you get the largest one you can so you can easily use it for larger substrates too.
