Design Thinking is a problem-solving approach that prioritizes people's needs and encourages creativity. It has five steps: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. It may face challenges in organizations undergoing rapid change or in those with strong biases, where stress and cultural factors can limit empathy and critical thinking.
